- Use of Website:
You agree to use this website lawfully and not interfere with its operation.
- Products:
All products are personalised and made to order from customers supplied artwork.
- Customer Artwork:
You warrant that you own or have permission to use all uploaded artwork. You grant Made by Mine a non-exclusive licence to reproduce the artwork solely to manufacture your order. Ownership of the artwork remains yours. We will not use your artwork for marketing without your consent.
Where uploaded artwork was created by a child, you confirm that you are that child’s parent or guardian and are authorised to upload it and place this order on their behalf.
- Orders & Payment:
Orders commence once full payment has cleared. We accept card payments and EFT.
- Pricing:
Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
- Production & Delivery:
Production begins after payment and artwork approval where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- Returns:
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Intellectual Property:
All website content, branding and designs remain the property of Made by Mine unless otherwise stated.
- Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control.
