PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with POPIA.

Information collected may include your name, contact details, delivery address, uploaded artwork, payment confirmations, and communications.

We use your information to:

• Process Orders
• Provide Customer Support
• Arrange Courier Delivery
• Comply with legal obligations

We share the minimum information necessary to fulfil your order — such as your delivery address, order details, and uploaded artwork — with our production partners, print suppliers, and courier service. These parties may only use your information to complete your order and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store card details.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security safeguards.

Children’s information: our products are made from artwork created by children, and orders are placed by a parent or guardian on the child’s behalf. Where a child’s name or other details are provided for personalisation, we rely on the ordering parent or guardian’s consent for this limited processing. This website is not intended for direct use by children.

Retention: we keep your personal information and order-related artwork only for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

You have the right to access, correct, object to processing, request deletion where legally permitted and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
